Bring your show or event to our stage

One of the main goals for the Newhall Family Theatre for the Performing Arts is to host community users to bring their programs to Old Town Newhall. The venue is available for music, dance, theatrical performances, film screenings and corporate events. User Guide

The User Guide provides basic information about the use of the Theatre by User Organizations other than the District. Information included in the User Guide: process for rental application and approval, meetings with the Theatre Manager, deposits and payments, general rules for renting the Theatre, insurance coverages, and the breakdown of costs.

Rental Application

As of July 2024, the rental process has been moved to using Master Library Schedules, a third-party program to help with the scheduling of events. All Users most submit their requests using Master Library Schedules. Please make sure to attach a copy of the Newhall Family Theatre application to the submitted request via Master Library Schedules. Applicants must create an account by clicking here. When viewing the Community Use calendar, make sure to select “Newhall Family Theatre” from the drop down menu under “View All Locations.” Please read the complete User Guide before filling out the Rental Application.
